Can't praise more esp my care provider fabio

Unfortunately a large percentage of the workers who were sent to assist would forge their hours and say they provided 1.5 hours of assistance when they provided significantly less- there was even a 20 minute and a 10 minute visit at different times that they reported and were charged as being 1.5 hours. Also lots of problems with the cleaners breaking things and lying about it, and using a very dirty mop that they brought that made the house smell bad it was so grimy. The biggest struggle was that trying to get assistance from the main office resulted in criticism of myself for not making allowances because 'people are human'- it felt that the workers were not held to any standard, and reporting the hour forging or the work not being done lead to me being berated for it. I have been with a different agency now for over a year and can't believe the difference in standard. Unfortunately I really wouldn't recommend co.as.it.

My husband has dementia and has been with COASIT coming up for three years. I have nothing but praise for the competence, care and friendliness of all the staff I have met. When I ran into trouble with another provider who was giving ‘cottage respite’ to my husband, COASIT staff sprang into action and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I didn’t have to return early from my holiday.Staff who visit our home are always punctual, efficient in their duties and show great respect and care for my husband and myself. They have all proved themselves to be trustworthy and completely reliable. House cleaning, washing and ironing is always done to a very high standard, and I have never had to ask for a task to be redone.My husband attends respite care twice a week at Casa Serena. Staff there are unfailingly friendly and welcoming, and my husband is always keen to get out of bed and prepare to go on these days. He I always reports on how he has enjoyed the activities and the social program.I have recommended COASIT to a family member who is also on a package, and his family are as delighted and satisfied with the standard of care as I am. I have no hesitation in commending COASIT to anyone considering community aged care services.

We can highly recommend Coasit - both the organisation and the people within it. My elderly parents have been looked after by them for over 4 years and their changing needs have been seen and met with excellent care. Nothing has been too much hassle for the co-ordinator Kris to investigate and provide a solution in very prompt time. The nursing staff and CCWs have always worked out the best options to make my parents feel safe and happy. All have gone above and beyond and we thank them very much.

Absolutely pathetic service!! , 9 boxes of continence pads arrived on my parents doorstep the day after he died ..it took 3 months for them to arrive.even the assesment at my parents home took 2 months and 2 hours filling out paperwork.! And now my mum needed help with incontinence pads and same thing said we are booked out all of January carnt do a assesment til after that and it the 4th Jan today! Then she said it will take 3 months or more for anything to be sorted! My mum has kidney failure and has only weeks to live!!! What a joke this is absolutely useless service don't even bother!!!

An amazing service which is professionally run

Very good Italian community service I work for them before, they were good to me and the clients were very nice, warm and friendly. ☺️

I wish to place on record for Joseph n(Joe) Turner and myself our deepest thanks for allowing us to be a part of Co.As.It 40th celebrations and Christmas Party held Saturday 2 December 2018. No organisation grows and develops to the extent Co.As.It has over the last 40 years without having great visions, goals, attention to detail and above all empathetic leadership.We were amazed by your love and care shown to us on that occasion. Obviously the celebration was but a sample of all that has happened over the last 40 years and certainly shown to us in the last few months for Joe, and the last 13-14 months for myself. Your staff have always been kind considerate, willing to help and thorough in all their help towards us.We congratulate Co.As.It and especially the leadership and Enza for her continuing understanding of our needs and her desire and ability to fulfil our needsAll the best for this wonderful time of the year and we trust and pray that all the leadership and your families have a wonderful over this Christmas period and know and experience God’s blessings at this timeJohn Lind

I have never felt rushed. Keep smiling and keep doing what you do so well. A year ago today was my 4th day working for Co.As.It when our family experienced a sudden death in the family.The senior management team did not question the event and were nothing but supportive to me a new staff that they did not know.This is a true sign of the company showing care and compassion to their staff that then filter to the clients.
