Dan at Upside is awesome! He takes the time to listen, asks deeper questions and explains to you why your body has pain.During the sessions, Dan keeps your mind off the pain with good convos and laughs. The after treatment exercises prescribed helps to relieve the pain even more. Highly recommend Upside Health & Movement, wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

After injuring my elbow and shoulder and after cortisone injections, I finally came to Upside Health and movement where Dan helped me with his Myotherapy skills to regain full movement again. Massage and easy to follow exercises soon loosened it all up to heal and move freely again. Thanks so much Dan

Absolutely love being treated by Daniel and Ashlee. They are so thorough, professional and have changed my life. I used to see physio and osteo frequently but now only need to visit bodywise occasionally and mostly for maintenance. Highly recommend!

I recently had a treatment with Dan. He is highly skilled and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Dan listened to my concerns and took the best approach to the pain I've been experiencing. During the appointment he was very attentive and worked in the affected areas. Fast forward a few weeks and I'm getting great relief from the pain and discomfort I was having.
