I attended the store on a Sunday after getting a script from my GP. From the word go all staff especially Steve (explained how the ABs worked) were fantastic.The store is well spaced out. Plenty of seating both inside and outside.Very clean as well. I give the team 1000 stars for their effort in meeting customer needs

One particular person was so rude & abrupt, the lady that was on the front register today (Wed 9th Nov-22) approx 10.50am. She’s the Karen of customer service. I pity anyone being served by her. I will not enter or purchase from there if she is on!!! She needs change her attitude or get out!!!

Horrible customer service by the pharmacist and only the pharmacist. Obviously hates her life and likes to project it onto other people. Instead of a simple yes or no to a question it’s a judgemental talking down to with assumptions out the a*s. You ain’t gods gift mate.

Some of the pharmacists and this particular staff tracy is rude as hell!! The tone of voice and expressions were just horrific.got shouted at for them not hearing my name properly when i was asked what name i was waiting on for my script. Extremely disappointed with customer service, there should be some strict training when it comes to dealin with customers. Sadly Even saw her being rude to one of her co-workers, poor girl must’ve been new there. Wont recommend to go to this pharmacy !!

Ok so, here is all I have to say for this one experience on the negative side. I went in to get a certificate for work as I couldn’t get in with my doctors. So being unwell , I had no make up on, dressed pretty casual and looked a mess , because yes I wasn’t well and barely had any energy. Put it this way if I had of come in dressed to the nines in my work uniform, I would have been treated a whole lot different. It’s amazing how people pass judgement not knowing anything, that’s all I will say.

Is Gillian for real? Not only is she the sole reason I prefer not to go to this chemist due to her extremely unfriendly manner, I waited to be served by her for several minutes today while she finished a personal conversation with a person who wasn't even purchasing anything. Gillians customer service skills need a lot of work and I won't be back to this chemist as dealing with her just makes me angry. As for the rest of the staff, absolutely perfect. Cant fault them. Its such a shame the entire store is let down by Gillian
