One of the worst I have ever had. The shape of the nails are not the same, left hand are square shape nail and right hand are round nail shape. The girl who did my nails was young and she was chatting in her own language with other staff the whole time, felt disrespected. Manicure was done poorly, dead skin are fully removed. Will not visit again.

Great service, I didn't have a booking but they were able to squeeze me in for a nail repair and a redo of my polish and even put a Christmas design on for me to make my nails that bit more special

i have been coming there since the shop first opened, hand have watched over the years as it has slowly gone down hill. The girls are friendly but i find that they do not talk with you, and at times can be quite pushy. i have also noticed that over the years my nails the put on seem to fall off much sooner that when they first opened sometimes only lasting a few days. There are no opening and closing hours.its very sad to see this business fall so far, and i will now be looking else where for my nails

Came in a few days ago and the main lady that works here is so rude, she does not know how to treat customers and will often be speaking in her language to another colleague and laughing which naturally makes the person getting the service done feel uncomfortable and like they are being spoken about. Not to mention I was denied acrylic on my toe nail as they ‘don’t know how to do it’ even though I have had it done many times prior at altone and the acrylic I had on my toe when going in was done by them 4 weeks prior.

Did not like my experience I had to sit at the foot spas while the lady did my nails took my daughter with me for a manicure all they did was paint her nails, I was asked half way through for payment, with the excuse they didn't want me to ruin my nails,,, then I was told I could go but becareful of my nails they weren't dry because they didn't even put my nails under the heater light.

Loved their service. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was so patient and gentle. They are very busy most of the times but they don’t compromise on their quality work.
