After spending the last 10 years trying to find the perfect pilates studio (including in other big cities such as New York and London) – I have finally found it here at M.I.A Studios! This pilates studio is a gorgeous, clean and intimate space in the heart of Paddington and the instructors are lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. Robin Tate especially is an amazing instructor and his classes are always fun, challenging and safe. I have definitely joined the addiction and cannot wait to go back again!

I would highly recommend M.I.A Studios. I recently started a membership at the studio and my expectations have been exceeded. The space is inspiring & the instructors highly motivating (especially Tate!) Looking forward to many more classes. Keep up the great work M.I.A Studios!

This is by far the best Pilates studio I have been to and I have been to lots. Since starting with MIA I feel so much stronger and I really enjoy their classes. Tate is a brilliant trainer and the studio has such a great family vibe. Really reasonable membership rates too, I can’t recommend highly enough!

M.I.A is great! I'm pretty new to pilates and felt very welcome and well looked after. The instructor was knowledgeable and gave me the right amount of attention throughout the class.The studio is light, clean, spacious, and really well located! I'll definitely be coming back!

This was my first experience at reformer Pilates and i had a great experience. The instructor was very clear and the studio was a great environment to exercise in. Pilates, I’m a fan. I’ll be back!

After attending several different pilates studios throughout Sydney (as well as Melb/Adelaide), I decided to try the new M.I.A. studios not long after it opened in late 2019.It really is one of the best pilates studios in Australia. The instructors are extremely nice, attentive, and aware of your capabilities. I'm still loving the classes a year later and am so happy with the strength I have gained in my body, the studio has really refined my technique.With only 9 beds it has a great boutique studio vibe too. No session is the same and the studio is super clean and chic!
