If you want your taste buds to thank you for sampling some of the most scrumptious smoked food that you have ever had then Whole Hog is the place to call. If you like spice then try Doug's hot sauce.

The stand looked and smelt so good so had to try a mixture! The pulled pork is my favourite, fresh rolls and great quantities of meat and coleslaw plus then you get the choice of sauce. All the food is fantastic!! The burnt ends with rice were delicious and the brisket is the best brisket I have eaten. Yummy food and great value for money. Thanks

I can't rate this food high enough - pure deliciousness! Amazing sauces and meat that melts in your mouth. Forget the salads. I don't even have to worry about my kids being vegetarians anymore. Great value for money.

The jalapeno poppers, ribs and char sui pork are absolutely to die for! Whole Hog BBQ was catering at the local races on the weekend, and I kept going back for more because I couldn't get enough of the amazing flavours!

Engaged Doug and his team for our work Christmas function. In excess of 120 people. Doug worked with me to ensure we created a menu to suit the function and he and his team absolutely nailed it. The food was delicious and served on time as per our plan. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Doug and his awesome team at Whole Hog BBQ.Doug, along with his wonderful wife and team provided an amazing service of exceptionally great food and friendly hospitality at our cocktail style wedding for 100 people earlier in the year at Earlando’s Wedding Venue.They made the whole process soo easy and stress free for us. Doug listened and made sure we were happy with every decision and nothing ever seemed to be a burden for him. We even through in a curve ball in half way asking him if they would supply the canapés for the pre-reception. Everything was perfect, right down to the presentation! We also had a lot of great feedback from our guests who could not speak more highly of Whole Hog BBQs tasty food, home made sauces and great service.As for value for money, well, that’s another 10/10. The canapé spread was magnificent and the food platters Doug and his team were bringing around at the reception seemed never ending, there would not have been anyone left hungry or disappointed, he catered for everyone (dietary requirements etc). There was even enough left for anyone wanting a late night snack prior to the 1130 bus departure from the venue!Definitely consider Whole Hog BBQ if you are planning an event of any kind. They are truly wonderful people who have a passion for great food and service and it shows!

An inspired 'pit-man' who started from the bullet smoker, quickly escalating to the Big Jo and then to Whole Hog Pit Master! He also works his offset smokers a treat too. Whitsundays are in for some tasty treats.

Three letters: O, M, G!!! Doug created an amazing spread for our work function, I've always been worried about ordering catering (will it be enough) but Whole Hog didn't leave us hanging for more at all. Thank you guys!
