Best Shop in Sydney! Smashed my screen, this store is the one that opens the earliest, at 7am! Took the guy 20 min to replace the screen, 3 missing screws and 1 missing tray, all for the cheapest price I ever saw! And it works fantastic. Really saved my day. Thanks so much Fone Galaxy!

I fixed my iph10 broken screen and it was done within 15mins. The quality was amazing and so was the customer service!!!

I would avoid this place if you can, especially if you have a Samsung.I paid $350 to have the my phone's screen replaced. When the phone was returned to me the panels no longer fit neatly into the frame, and the edges could be felt around the back side of the phone. The power button now feels much softer, and more difficult to activate. The 'hard press home button' no longer works as well as it used to, but was working fine before I took the phone in.When I returned to the store within the hour and asked the staff member to take another look at the phone, he dismissed this information and asserted that it was a software issue. He told me that it was a setting within my phone, and asked that I leave my phone with him for 15 minutes with my password so that he could change the settings. This is not something I was prepared to do.The new screen itself does seem adequate, but the lack of care taken during the replacement has caused new problems, and the staff have refused to take a second look. His claim that it is a settings or software issue is downright false. Look after your wallet and go somewhere else.

Dishonest.If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t trust this store. Any of their branches. Save yourself a headache

Terrible experience with this store. Paid $190 to replace screen on iPhone 12. It didn't look right but the technician claimed the repair was completed to Apple spec. It worked initially but 2-days later the screen stopped working. They claimed I had dropped the phone which was why the screen was no longer working but this was not the case.The store manager was rude and aggressive and implied I was lying.Do not go to this store.

I got my iPhone 6 Plus Screen repaired from these guys. They did the best job and they were quick as well. Repaired my phone in 20 minutes and were reasonable as well. Would recommend everyone to get there phone fixed from them.

Fixed my screen within 30 minutes of taking it in. Did a great job. It did malfunction after a month (although the guys says it was physical damage) he still honoured the warranty and fixed it, again, within 30 minutes - free of charge.If you've got a damaged screen, this is the place to get it fixed.

If you want to have a screen protector applied, don't do it here! Although staff is friendly, they lack professional experience in applying screen protectors. I paid $15 to have a tempered glass screen protector applied but the results were less than satisfactory. They didn't clean the screen thoroughly before applying it which trapped a fair amount of dust and other particles underneath. All in all, I would have applied the screen protector myself for the same result and save $15

I have had a horrible experience with this store and their lack of technical expertise in phone repairs. I first visited the store to get my Iphone 7 Screen replaced as it had cracked and the price of the repair was much cheaper than going to the Apple Store (roughly around $100).A couple weeks later the phone screen began to flicker and the top half of my phone was non-responsive. I went back to the store and showed the guy as they claimed to have 6 month warranty on phone screen repairs. He checked it out and said I had water damage within the phone and would need to repay the $100ish again to get it replaced again. I refused to believe this as I had never dropped my phone in water and left the store unsatisfied.I ended up going to the Genius Bar to get a professional opinion and they said that the mobile phone store did not replace the screen correctly, and was missing a couple of screws which is why it was faulty and flickering. As such, I got it replaced at the Apple Store and had to pay $240 to get a new screen.

Excellent service and really kind people.I went to Fone Galaxy with a phone that had been completely wrecked by another dodgy repair company. They were able to work out all the problems caused by the last guy, fix everything perfectly and gave me a really good price out of compassion for my bad luck. They had everything in stock and turned it around in just a couple of hours. Thanks so much for the help guys I will send all my clumsy friends your way! Cheers!
