Can highly recommend Elijah and the team. After a difficult post-natal recovery and hiatus from exercise, some intense sessions have me back on top. They are friendly and professional and I appreciate their personalised and targeted approach to holistic wellness.

I have been using both the Chiro & Physio services, really skilled practitioners and I like the one Elijah & Daniel take the time to explain everything.

After 2yrs of chronic, and at times agonising pain, strong medications and misdiagnoses, and chiropractic and physio (other clinic) this was my last stop before surgery. By the 2nd week I was pain free. Week 4 and I’m off all medications, next to no pain. Absolutely amazing!!! Elijah is thorough and can’t thank him enough for returning my quality of life.

One of my favourite things about this place is that they treat the individual, you aren't just a number. I've been to other chiropractors where I've felt like they use fear mongering tactics to just get you into treatments. Each time I've been to see Josh he has taken the time to truly understand me and how my body moves so then he can give me the best treatment. I feel the treatment is highly individualised and I get so much out of it, I value the effort and time put in. These are chiropractors I can really trust. Happy client indeed.

I have been to a number of chiropractors over the years, recently commencing a treatment plan with Josh.Josh's approach is certainly very different to other chiropractors I have seen before.Josh is very caring, knowledgeable, and has a great way to explain the things he believes are best for me.In the 3 appointments I have attended so far I certainly notice a huge difference in my neck. I had been struggling with excruciating lower back and hip pain as well as herniated discs at top of spine (cervical area).I had a terrible fear of Chiropractic treatments but went as all other options had been exhausted.Joshua Sheedy made me feel calm and relaxed on meeting him. He talked me through all his diagnostics (very thorough with X-rays) and what his plan would be to help relieve my issues. I found Joshua very caring and professional with his care in my case. I have had an amazing turn around on the physical activities I do day to day and at work now!

The best. I found these guys the day after i had booked in for my Discectomy surgery as I had a bulging L4/5 that stopped me working, walking and had caused intense sciatica all the way down leg to toes.This was when I met the magic table ”The Decompression Table” (oh and taking their advice) has now seen me 1 year later back to surfing, skating and skiing. Something i thought I would never do again.I canceled operation 6 weeks into seeing them (such a relief) that was what a difference the table makes.I work in the mines operating heavy machinery and can’t wait to get an awesome stretch at end of shift,.Zena

Chiropractic/Physio therapy and more!Sheedy team Dr Elijah and Physio DanielReceptionist April and Ellyce.This is a fantastic team and family run business in Watagan Park Estate at Cooranbong.My frst appointment i was sent for a X-ray.Second appointment i acutally got answers, why i was in so much pain and discomfort all the time.I started decompression treatment on the Hill D.T Decompression Table straight away.Im still doing treatment, the pain level has gone from a 15 out of 10 to a 2 out of 10. Im happy i found Doctors that looked until they found the issue/problem not just foby off.I can not speak highly enough of this fantastic team.If you have any issues, give them a call.
