Website visit only when researching replacement aircon for home. Chose Fujitsu over other brands for several reasons. Installed now 3 internal units, very pleased with its operation. KML Shepparton did the work, very professional, 1st class service.

Very helpful and friendly

I have had very bad experiences with my Fujitsu system. It takes over 2 hrs for the house to get warm if it is less than zero degrees outside. The installer has come back twice to look at it in both cases he had to refill refrigerant. The unit is also loud and makes a rattling sound in the roof. Also the prepaid card I got sent with my purchase did not work, I again contact my installer who told me he did not know why it did not work. The card has since expired and I just called Fujitsu and spoke to Caroline and asked her if she could look into the card she said because it is expired I have lost the $500 and it is my problem. Very disappointed.
