I can't work out why the negative reviews . The times i have been in there even if it's busy the staff are super nice and go out of their way to help.

Absolutely disgusted in the treatment of customers who went in to complete a passport application. The form was thrown back at them over the counter and was told they would not accept an application printed on the internet. This was a staff member on a Saturday morning and it was quite obvious she didnt want to do this.. Get staff that want to serve people and if they cant accept the application for whatever reason, teach them to be polite to people even though they cant help.. Do not use this post office unless you are prepared to be abused and disappointed. DISGUSTING!!

Tried lodging my daughters passport application with the manager Craig. He was so incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful and should be ashamed of his customer service.

I went in there this morning to lodge my sons passport application. I had printed off the application from the internet. The first lady told me it couldn’t be processed due to 2 small arrows not printed at the bottom of the page. Ok so off I go and get it reprinted. The next lady then tells me the photos we had taken at another Australia Post outlet were “scratched” - despite having never been taken out of the folder since we had them done. She said all photos were unusable. When I started to tell her they had never come out of the folder she raised her voice. Her customer service was appalling and she was downright rude. I have had many other people tell me about similar experiences in this place. I will never step foot in there again.

Exemplary customer service! Very helpful, very friendly, and very quick. Wasn't too busy mind you, but I was so pleased with the service and advice. Good range of gifts and other products as well.

I went in to lodge my passport last week. I needed new photos. Sylvia was immensely helpful and, together with her colleagues, they moved me around the PO to get the correct light for the best pic. It was quite funny and took along time but Sylvia was very kind and very patient. I'm pleased to say I've rec'd notification that my passport is ready after only a week. Thank you to the team. Always a good experience.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Out of the 4-5 times I have visited almost every time I have been served by rude staff members who roll their eyes or talk down to their customers. They would rather inconvenience their customers than spend 5 mins creating a postage label. I ended up taking my parcels and driving to another post office. I will be avoiding this PO as much as I can.

Poor service, staff are absolutely clueless. Tried getting help from 3 different ladies and all said different from the next. I’d rather drive up kawana ways

I have been going to this post office for years and have never had a problem, service at the counter excellent. I do pick up alot parcels at the pick up area early and staff are amazing. Parcels that have been delivered have been undamaged and left in a safe place all team that work in this area are amazing. I would like to wish all team members of this post office a very merry Christmas and a safe New year.
