The guy who is on hand washing cars before they go into the auto wash. Is amazing I often go there . He always is happy and connects with the people . He is polite and goodcat what he does. I will not ho anywhere else

Unbelievable! Just ordered and paid for ULTIMATE carwash which sign stated included manual scrubbing of wheels, prep etc. waited for attendants to come over. Both said arrogantly they don’t start till 8am and I’d have to wait 1/2 hr. Asked for a refund on the difference in cost for service not available, despite sign saying they are 24hrs and they wouldn’t. Poor attitude. Poor service. Not nice customer service.

I love the drive through wash because it is contactless and the dog wash is perfect. For $10 I now have a clean and non shedding rottie.

Be very careful if you like your car. The added hand pre wash will scratch your car. The guy doing the pre wash used the same microfibre mitt on every car & just throws it in a bucket without rinsing or washing it out.. the auto wash doesn’t do a great job either

Went today around 3pm to the automatic wash first time ever and the attendant told me he was finishing up for the day which is fine. The problem is the car wash I just got the standard one but it didn’t even wash the bottom sides of my car. For $18 I would expect more. Even my 3 year old wasn’t impressed. Do not recommend.

Do not try to pay until you're sure they've finished the wash ahead of you in the automatic carwash, as it will take your money but not wash your car! Waiting on a refund as the complex is unattended, with no phone line.

Great experience at this carwash today. Car has been parked under a tree for months, so dirty and cobwebbed. Got the Deluxe wash, and it's like a different car! Friendly and helpful attendant. But of a queue but didn't take that long to get through. Highly recommend

I like this place, there are sufficient bays for 4 cars to be manually washed by their drivers and a drive through wash that's darn good and pretty quick as well. I prefer to wash mine myself but if the line is too long (rare unless you pop in mid-day on a nice weekend), the drive through gets the job done well too.
