My wife and I had an awesome experience. We have just bought a Kia Cerato Sports Plus. Darrin Fing is a superstar of customer service. From the time we stepped into the store until after we picked up the car, Darrin has always kept us in the loop about the car being available. Not only this, when we picked our car he ensured to book our first complimentary service. He also called us later to see if everything was ok with the car. Greeted by friendly and cheerful representative. Signing in my Sorento only took moments without any fuss. The first service was over before I even finished my complimentary coffee. It was the best service I've ever had from any vehicle manufacturer or dealership. Thanks Great Western Kia.

Had my service yesterday 8/3 and was very pleased with the high level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by Michael and the rest of the team assisting me. Great Western Kia
The service team at KIA are great. I took my car there last week and again this week and they are very professional and greeted me with a smile. My car was only there a couple of hours both times. I caught the courtesy bus home and it picked me up again to bring me back to the dealership when my car was ready. The courtesy bus driver was very friendly too. The service now compared to a couple of years ago has improved immensely. Well done!

I had such a great experience with Great Western Kia. The customer service is just amazing from booking in my appointment with Sheree on the phone, to the man who helped me out on the 3/3 when I checked in my car and picked it up and also to the shuttle bus driver. I will literally travel further away to get my car serviced here because they are just so helpful in comparison to others. Thank you so much, I really appreciate how nice everyone is.
