Just got my SQ5 serviced there. They were no nonsense, did what was required to be done according to log book and half the price of Audi dealer. They even gave it a wash and waited another extra 15 minutes for me to arrive from work after closing. Thanks very much guys I'll be back.Update 2019: Been taking my car here for 3 years now, now have my sister in law sending her RSQ3. Very knowledgeable, they use quality OEM parts and of course great service. If you own an Audi or VW, I highly recommend sending it here for good honest servicing

My 2013 Audi A6 was given a 25000 km service. Jason picked up and returned my car as planned and on time. The service was completed for a reasonable price, and for somewhat lower than other places I received quotes from. Apart from giving me a car that sounded healthier, they cleaned it, both inside and out. Was very pleased with the overall result and will definitely use their services again next year.

I've relied on Justin and his team to take care of my Audi for the past 9 years. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy in this industry. His rates are very reasonable and he can easily diagnose an issue without inventing extra service costs. I once dropped in with a fault and he fixed it without even charging me. After years of taking my Audi to a dealer service centre I finally got fed up being ripped off. Gearbox electronics failed and was told by dealer it needed a new gearbox - $9000 + labour - about $12k all up. Audcare worked out it was just a replaceable wiring harness and fixed it for ~ 10% of the dealer quote.I only ever take my Audi to Audcare now - good honest service, quality work and you wont get ripped off.

Tried to book my Audi A4 in for a major service and other things that needed looking at and they weren't interested as anyone could have been working on it! My Audi A4 B5 is probably one of the best around, still turns heads as it was Audi show car in 1997 and cost $100k at the time and just only done 100 klms! Seems like they don't want to work on anything that gets their hands dirty....

I've got my cars looked after Audcare for almost 10 years now and I couldn't recommend more their services. The quality is second to none. They know Audi cars to perfection. And they always do everything they can to help as soon as possible, which is usually on the day.I've recently got a faulty PCV valve and thought the car would be out of action for a few days.
