Where I buy most of my homeware items from, Harris Scarfe hosts a large range of household, bedroom, clothes and appliances.They stock most of the higher quality items so don’t be shocked by the price tagThey also have a lot of really good sales on like 50%-60% off, but they do go quicklyThe items are of high quality, would go back to buy more silky bedsheets-would recommend/10

They advertise on the WEB PAGE products that have .You go in cannot find what they say they have and asks staff for assistance..They then inform you that they have absolutely nothing to do with their own webpage nor with the even listen to your concerns.For me this business cost me a morning going there and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste a morning there looking for something they don't have or care about customer service

Was looked after by one of the manager's (Sue)Sue was very helpful with my purchase in bedding. I was time poor due to short lunch break, but she spent the time with me ensuring I had the right size for our mattress. I could tell there was a lot going on in the store, but she put my needs first and made me her priority which I'm impressed with. Please pass on my thanks to Sue.

I've gone here a few times, Harris Scarfe is very exspensive but their items are relatively good and we bought a pretty nice tea pot from here, it works quite well.

Customer service online very lacking, no listening or reading emails sent. In-store at Elizabeth kind of understand how cattle feel now. Haven't shopped in years here won't hurry back, a little active listening or customer service costs nothing and is appreciated by return business
