Very good service. Took a little longer than first estimated but Alen had to source some bits for an eight-year-old PC and was able to do so and thus save having to replace the whole keyboard. Also diagnosed a hard drive with some corrupted sectors and suggested replacement at a very good price and the machine is so much quicker than prior. Also a clean. Good service and reasonable price. Very happy recommend Laptop Hospital.

I have had several dealings with Alen from a simple problem (new battery for laptop) to the more complex (total rebuild of a desktop and a complete new pc). Alen is a great advisor. Sent laptop to him and he was able to diagnose the problem. No charge for diagnosis. He only charges if he can resolve the issue. It was unfortunate that our problem couldn't be resolved. However, we ended up chatting with him. Invaluable advice on types of laptop to get.

Alen was absolutely excellent and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the initial problem i had as well as another problem caused by apple when sent to their repair centre at a more than half the price quoted by apple. Would definitely recommend to anyone having computer issues!!
