I recently had an issue with my LG refrigerator. I called to arrange a service call. After I explained the issue to the lady, she then checked as to the cause. She advised me what I could do, I followed her advise and the fault was fixed. That's good old fashion service. I have never used this company previously but will do from now on.

The boys that's came out to my place were fantastic! Made an effort to get to know my dogs which was lovely!Did the job quick and professional and made sure everything worked before leaving. Fantastic!!

I was extremely disappointed with the company's lack of communication and reliability. They failed to show up for a quote on three separate occasions, without any prior notice or explanation. When I contacted them, I was told that someone was sick, but there was no effort to apologize or reschedule in a timely manner. This unprofessional behavior left me waiting around for hours and having to initiate contact each day. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.

Had a pole and meter box installed 3/6, someone entered wrong address for EWR so was cancelled 8/6r. Ensby said they had fixed the problem, I mentioned I had not received a new EWR. I wrang Monday 13/6 to check progress Ensby Elec said all good. I wrang ERGON Wednesday 15.6 to find no EWR. So another 2 WEEKS WOOT

Totally disappointed after waiting 3 weeks for fridge to be repaired not even a courtesy phone call to let us know they have rescheduled for another 4 days when they were due today at 11.45.

You would think a simple job would be easy enough to inform client of cost before proceeding only to send an email for $120 bill for 3 minutes work and a$10 part. Poor customer relations isn't going to get you referred to anybody, not when the local area has a lot better run businesses. I've learnt my lesson!!
