They had better close the passport photo services here and post the announcement on the website. On Sunday I came at 5.35 and the staff told me that it was too late for the passport photo. They should have informed the closing hour for this service but they did not. She told me to come back the next morning and I do not need to call before I come. This morning I brought my son there and the staff told me that the camera was broken. What kind of service they are offering here. It has wasted us so much time and travels.

KAREN ALERT -I’d like to congratulate the staff at office works tonight dealing with a difficult customer who for almost 45mins belittled and bullied them over her printing not being done yet she didn’t know what she wanted.the staff dealt with the situation very well given they didn’t feel comfortable. I finally stepped in when I couldn’t take anymore of her rudeness to staff and asked her to stop being rude to them. Then the rudeness started on all 3 of us. she refused to leave the store and kept lashing out at 2 staff members and making out they were doing what she was doing.She took video and photos without their consent. hope your night gets better boys

I came up to a worker with the name tag Sully and asked him if they had a specific exercise book in stock as it said it was available online he rolled his eyes said no and ignored me when I asked if he could check if its in stock. Terrible customer service from Sully.

I walked into Officeworks this morning expecting to hunt a staff member to help me and then seeing them run away to another task but it was the opposite. Anna made eye contact came up and asked how she could help. She was very knowledgeable and provided me heaps of info on a product. Happy purchase.

Amazing customer service from the printing team member Shannon. Even though it was fairly busy at the time, she was super accomodating, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get all my photos and documents printed. And she did it all with a smile on her face!!What an absolute gem she is.
