I attended my first appointment at Impulse with Liam Kelly and I am beyond pleased with the service and care he provided me. The practice is a professional yet comfortable environment which deeply cares for the patients needs. I came in with a sore back and shoulders and left feeling much better. As well as that Liam provided me with key information on how to take care of my neck and back going forward. I highly recommend the work of Liam Kelly as well as the practice itself.

James treated me post spinal surgery and for a frozen shoulder. His focused therapies made for a speedy recovery and full shoulder mobility. James provided a detailed exercise plan which enabled me to return to my exercise regime. I highly recommend James and a special call out to Tracey who manages the office and clinical bookings.

James is so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming to impulse off and on for a couple years with varying problems and James has always made me feel better after each session. Unlike other chiros who suggest you should come every week for a quick session, James ensures you have a planned progression of recovery and spaces out your sessions accordingly so that you see real results. During sessions he also helps you to understand your habits and find underlying issues so that you can solve your problem at the root. A great Chiro and would highly recommend to anyone.

I've been seeing James for about 3 years now. Having had a long history with chiropractic to deal with chronic scoliosis and keep me mobile, I have found James to be the best I have experienced.Always very thorough and has a holistic approach to treatment which I really appreciate. He's always punctual too which is a bonus.My entire family has visited him at some stage and we all feel very positive about the care we receive and have recommended him widely.Highly recommended.
