Got my battery replaced yesterday and the workers are so amazing, so friendly. Definitely recommend!

This is a place I go when the main ones like JB HI FI or optus or Telstra just charge too much or won't help. Actually I come here because the big Ones have useless after sales and this shop is helpful and well priced.

Previously I have paid to have screen protectors installed for my tablets which I have supplied as they can be difficult to find. This time around the guy claimed he couldn't do it as they were too hard to do, which is rubbish because the tablet is the same size except bigger. Clearly they couldn't be bothered doing the work and as he didn't have the right screen protectors he was unable to sell me one of theirs at some ridiculous inflated price.

The guy who was working Friday was arrogant, no motivation, too busy playing on his phone , charging me $80 just for a back cover samsung. Poor service.

Pretty bad attitude overall. For future reference, if customer's asking for price-match and you couldn't, just say you can't match the price, that's fine. But don't ever tell them to take business elsewhere, that's just rude!

Bought my iphone 12 screen protector from them. Quick and easy.

My experience at Mobile Essential Mill Park. Well my review is all about product service. To all the listeners out there do not believe anything the guy says at this store as he lies thru his teeth. I had my screen protector replaced at the Mobile Essentials Mill Park Westfield store with the Military Tempered Glass screen protector. When purchasing this product the guy behind the counter actually told me that I get one free replacement screen if anything would happen to the screen protector. So I purchased this at a cost of $69.99 the more expensive of them all .He said it didn't matter whether the screen was cracked or damaged.The day came when I went to claim my free screen protector and the guy behind the counter spun the biggest lie, he was unable to replace the screen protector because it was cracked. He also said to ring his head office if I was not happy. The screen protector was not cracked but a faint 5mm in length scratch that could not be seen without looking closely. Also the edge of the screen protector had bubbled, the glue did not take properly around the edge. That was the reason returning back to the store. The guy behind the counter refused to replace the screen protector and used the excuse the screen was cracked. He Ignored totally the edge of the screen protector had bubbled and is faulty due to poor workmanship.Unfortunately this guy insults the intelligence of the customer, he was already and prepared and scripted of what he was going to say next to get out of replacing the screen protector. Which was - I cannot replace the screen protector because it was cracked and if I'm not happy to contact their head office". Sounds like he practiced this many times over.I believe he will reply to this review as if - he had done nothing wrong.Unfortunately at the time of purchase I believed what he had told me so I spent the $69.99 believing that I would get a free replacement for spending the extra money.Nothing that he will say here will change the outcome of the lies this guy spins. Shoppers be weary of their warranty policy and be careful of any promotions they offer.I'm a true believer of back your product and do right by the customer.Unfortunately I had to score one star to post this

If there is a 0 star rating I would have selected it. The worst mobile kiosk you can find. The worst service I have seen after a very long time. Thank God I walked away after the so called 'service' by the gent in the store without buying. I shudder to think what kind of product or after sales service I would have found later.

Amazing experience. I nearly lost all of my data on my phone and the very friendly and helpful owner helped me back it all up and even reloaded and set up my new iPhone for me. He went above and beyond and the service was amazing. I will be a returning happy customer!

Horrible customer service brought a glass screen protector for $50 and it just falls off doesn't even stick and they wont replace it
