Built through them last year, everything went fairly smooth during the build besides 10 defects, 9 months on and not 1 defect has been rectified, foreman doesn't answer calls or reply to messages, communication is at a all time low between office staff and site staff, I thought maybe I'm the only 1 however the trades that have work here have told me they have a lot of unhappy clients saying the same thing. Won't build through them again or recommend them. BE WARY!

We are currently building with Hallmark! Be wary! They don’t to our experience so far to be very transparent! Expected cost just seemed to escalate and their advice was incorrect on a number of issues. They treat you as you should know how the building industry works!
