Cake Decorating Solutions

Went here for a cupcake decorating class and loved it. Instructions were easy to follow and results were awesome. Very friendly atmosphere and lots of equipment in store. You can purchase premade naked cakes here so you can focus on decorating. They also print edible photos. Parking is available right at the front of the store on Stokes avenue.

Honestly a disappointment. They didn’t have so many of the things I needed so isn’t a store that is fully equipped with all of a bakers needs. Some of the things didn’t have price or name tags...some even had the wrong name tags...so i felt lost & confused...and wasn’t able to go & ask the prices of things as the ladies working there were too busy talking amongst themselves/ with SOME customers instead of welcoming or assisting new customers including myself. They didn’t even say hello or smile! Even though i did get a couple of things the lady at the cashier desk wasn’t so friendly and was just bothered about what she was doing on her computer screen...even while i was talking to her one on one.

Amazing service. Candice was so generous with her time to explain the steps for me as a first time fondant user.She was also a life saver when my cakes didn't work out!Will definitely be back next year for another attempt at a Birthday cake.

Lots of great products, very helpful staff and reasonable prices. Very happy with the cake we achieved.

I come here all the time for my cake supplies. A bit pricey at times, however, the staff are really helpful! One lady helped me with my cake and even drew diagrams for me, sharing her knowldge and experience in advising me what equipment to get. Thank you so much!

Went in the shop today and had a difficulty finding the store. Called the shop and they gave me directions but still couldn’t find it as google maps was saying it was on the other side of the street. Tried calling the shop again and no one was picking up. When I got in the store, there was no one in there so they just chose not to pick up the call. They weren’t very helpful at all and the two girls were just chatting.Their supplies were on the other hand good but didn’t get to check out anything more as the girls didn’t seem to want to be interrupted with their chat.
