Absolute rip off of a place. Zero stars. Had my van booked in over a week in advance for a half day job that ended up taking 8 days to get sorted and having them stuffing me around everyday with no communication unless i followed it up. (Wednesday) - part didn't arrive will be ready tomorrow... (Thursday) - part isn't here will be ready tomorrow... (Friday) the part is here but it's missing bolts so we're going to have to keep your van until next week (they charged me labour time" for all of this even though it has nothing to do with me as a customer). When I told them I needed my van on the weekend as it was still drivable (that's why i booked a week in advance for the half day) because I had other work booked in over that weekend. Shane then charged me without telling me an extra $120 to "reassemble" even though it took them 20 minutes to do. I know this because I literally waited while it was done. There was not a single mention of a "reassembly cost" on the Friday. The following week i had to call multiple times with no return calls to find out what was happening and the final price was completely inflated to compensate for their own mistakes. Tried to charge me triple because they took it apart 3 times. Avoid this place at all costs."

Overall an excellent experience. Communication is great with friendly service, prices are affordable. Always accommodating to needs. I would recommend for anyone looking for a mechanic for any needs. Everyone I've sent here has had a positive experience.

Shane and his team in Cartek absolutely brilliant!Bought a leaky Golf GTI with lots of mech issues,.Huge job but eventually got it fixed and did not charge me for the extra labour and parts needed to complete the job. Can't be more happier than this with service received from this guys.Very professional, very flexible, absolutely reasonable prices, and jobs are done properly.Give them my Volkswagen Passat and got back a completely different car in perfect condition.Thank you very much guys✌️Will surely come back.
