The best skin care clinic I’ve been to. The staff are so lovely and not at all pushy with trying to upgrade you to anything. During both my laser and skin care treatments they were so good at communicating everything that they were doing and making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend

I had Botox at this clinic and after the procedure had black eyes, one eye drooping and not opening and an eye infection which lead me to more than a few visits to the hospital the clinic refunded my money but said all Nurses that work for them are contractors and have nothing to do with them. I saw a leading ophthalmologist, who is also a plastic surgeon who remarked I am lucky I am not blind. Do your self a favour see properly trained nurses with decent credentials or of course a Doctor for your Botox, yes you can have problems from Botox after many years of having Botox I received very bad problems from this clinic, and they were serious.If you do have an issue resulting from a procedure here there is no duty of care they are a cheap option and a definite lesson of where to have your Botox, staff are not trained properly after seeing nearly 6 different ophthalmologists I have a definite reason to leave this reviewBe aware

Laser Clinics Australia in Victoria Gardens is a great clinic which I've used for men's laser hair removal. The clinic itself is modern and very relaxing. Staff here are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place as they are very good at what they do and their laser for men is comfortable and effective

The 5 stars are for Yumi. Professional and caring towards her clients. She is the gold standard. Reception staff can perhaps take her lead when dealing with clients. One young lady refused to give me a treatment l had paid for because of a document she thought l hadn't signed

Attending the Richmond brand of Laser Clinics Australia is truly an experience. From the genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff to the pristine and welcoming decor.My laser technician and injectable nurse(Ling) is quite simply EXCEPTIONAL. She is meticulous but personable. I am honestly excited before each visit and leave there so happy. Happier than I was with the visit and result compared to my previous clinic. Got a free skin consultation with Ling. Who recommended a peel and yellow LED treatment. Very happy with the service and treatment provided by Taneeka. Haven’t had many treatments before but I felt comfortable enquiring about all sorts of things here. They were all very welcoming and cater to any gender.
