Blake is the type of coach who will push you to your limits, but will be your biggest supporter when you achieve your goals. Blake has a wealth of knowledge and skills, which allows you to smash your goals both in and out of the gym. Blakes style of coaching is flexible and balanced, allowing you to still enjoy your life whilst working on your goals.I have had sessions with Blake that has pushed me both physically and mentally, but I can honestly say he has been the trainer who has transformed the way I train and think, especially when I haven't been very confident at the start.Blakes sessions are challenging, but I promise you after one you will be addicted. I will never forget the phrase he said to me one day when I was running on the treadmill... hate me now

I trained with Blake for over a year and took classes with him for majority of that. He's very supportive, approachable and easy-going and knows how to push you to do your best. He was very flexible with my needs and availability and was able to tailor my training to target what I wanted to focus on at the time. Thanks for being awesome Blake!

I highly recommend Blake Roe as a personal trainer. When I first started with Blake, two and a half years ago, I was nervous. I didn't know anything at all about weight training or using the equipment at the gym. Now, I'm confident in the gym, I've learnt a lot about exercise and nutrition and I'm achieving my goals including losing weight and I'm stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I've been able to achieve this because Blake has willingly shared his knowledge with me and he's encouraged me to push myself further than I would have if I was training alone. He adapts my training plan regularly to align with my my progress and keep it interesting. Blake is friendly, easy going, caring and non-judgemental. I couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer.

I have been trained by Blake over the last 3 months.Blake has been great with providing right set of exercise in stages which helps my body to gradually progress in building lean muscle. I started PT with Blake through lockdown with outdoor workouts as a way to keep fitness up while gyms were closed and decided to keep going. Blake is super helpful and has an extremely calm and understanding nature. Since doing PT with Blake I have been able to increase my knowledge in the gym, increase my strength and feel much more comfortable trying new things than I previously did. He is super encouraging and an amazing personal trainer!
