The Factory GYM
This gym is by far the best gym to taree. I joined at the beginning of April 9 weeks ago and have lost 10kg in that time. An old school gym yes. But old school gyms made the body of swarznegger. And the owners are fantastic people who I see daily pushing the iron. Unlike other gyms in the area where the owners don't even live locally. If you want results don't bother with fancy equipment. If you want change you have to charge.

Locally owned business that offers affordable membership and classes. It is a well maintained & inclusive gym for people of any fitness level. The staff are polite, approachable & willing to offer advice or help.All around great gym

The owners are amazing. Classes are challenging but reasonable, plus the instructors are awesome. I recommend this place so highly.

The best gym in Taree imo. Family owned, the owners are lifters themselves and very down to earth so you will see them using the equipment and chatting to people in the gym - very approachable. The gym itself is old school with great equipment and the location down by the river couldn't be better. The guys are always thinking of ways to improve the gym bringing in new equipment when demand is there and taking feedback on board. I feel way better giving my money to the factory over chain gyms in the area run by business owners who are out of touch and just trying to turn a profit.

Again I say the seniors group of men have a healthy excersise program we all enjoy each others company any person's interested come along Tuesday and Thursday 0815 hrs.
