Popped in today to see if they were back up and running, got the Maxtrax Table we desperately wanted. Definitely worth popping in in person as it looks like it’s under new ownership and the new blokes have a huge backlog of emails to try and get on top of. Lots of Camp Cover storage stock, awnings, RTT etc.

Ordered the Trax table and gull wing window back to November last year, was told gull wing window was in stock, Trax table was 2-3 weeks back to stock, received Trax table around Christmas which was good, but they lied to me they sent out both items together, actually only one sent out. Then they pretended to investigate the lost from the courier, and after 5 months waiting, I finally got the gull wing window with a ‘lost and resend’ excuse. The guy also called me saying to throw some free canvas bags for inconvenience, but never happened...definitely won’t do any business with them again

Terrible service, ordered a Max trax drop done table, was told it was going to be 2-3 weeks.No response on the phone happy to take my money though, spent $900 to not receive my item, won’t be supporting at all

Absolutely terrible communication and customer service. Ordered an awning in December and paid the $1900 in full. We were told we would have it by March but still didn't receive it by end of June. Often did not answer phone calls and emails. Terrible experience and wouldn't want to deal with them again in future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Will not answer phone or emails. Suspected they have gone bust with no communication. They've taken payment for a $800 + item and we have yet to receive the goods, money back or any form of contact.

Unclear how it's possible that others have provided provided positive reviews about the service. After sales service, I don't know as I haven't had any warranty issues however, pre-sales service is non existent. In each of my sales interactions, it has taken over 1 week to actually order anything. The online store" does not allow purchases
