Very reliable service team work hard every day to make sure the customers always get there orders in time

terrible customer service from DianeI have been dealing with you for 6 months now and I dont think you should call yourself reliable. Once I placed 2 orders in one week and your staff totally ignored the second order because the first one was delivered even though it was ordered at different times. Only last week I ordered 6 cans of diced tomatoes with Diane only to be delivered 6 boxes. When I was in your office and mentioned this to Diane she rudely handled this situation demanding that she needed to see the product before giving me a credit but how do I carry six boxes back. It is not practical. You can organise to be pick it up when you next delivered to me. Diane was not in the mood to solve problems today. Very rude woman!!Also I was in your office today to pick a few small items. I clearly asked for chips cups, when I went to the my car and checked the boxes your staff had given me clear plastic cups so had to go back in your office and deal with diane again who is is still in no mood to handle customers. Again was very rude. No apology or anything.Your other staff is friendly like Selena.
