Absolutely disgusting service…. Went in with a picture of what I wanted and came out with nothing like the picture. Instead my nails looked chunky and a totally different look/colour! They also cut two of my fingers while filing my nails and made me bleed… they then had the audacity tell me my nails would cost $80 (a price which they didn’t even mention before doing my nails) and I wasn’t even happy!!! When I mentioned the above they dropped it by $5…. Not happy. Would not recommend going here….

Thursday 15/12/22I really love this place and go fairly regularly. I was disappointed last Thursday. The technician rushed through my pedicure. Kept looking at her watch. The hot stones were used for about 30 seconds, she barley rubbed the moisturiser into my legs, missing a fait bit of my skin and I had to ask her to put a base coat on my toe nails. She then acted like she didn't know I had asked for a manicure as well as a pedicure even though I had given her two different nail colours, one for toes and one for the hands. Was not relaxing at all. I sometimes find the experience is dependent on who you get. This time I was incredibly disappointed and stressed by the whole experience. Fortunately someone else did my manicure and that is why I give 3 stars.

My daughter got her nails done they absolutely botched them to the point that she has to pay to get them fixed by someone else. Not only that but they charged her $150 for them. Absolute disgrace and she will NEVER be returning there. How as a professional you could not see the shameful job u did is beyond me...

I’ve been here a few times as it is very reasonably priced and I’ve always walked out happy. They take the time to do a thorough job during a mani and pedi. Henny was very gentle but knowledgeable and managed to fix my very sore toe. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

I love all the staff and how professional they are, they are all so lovely and do absolutely gorgeous nails the both times I’ve been there, and will be going again Monday! Never come out disappointed and good value for money and very clean!

Henny is so lovely. I had my toes done and she did an amazing job while being so gentle and caring. I won't see anyone else and have recommended my family and friends to see her.

Please bring back Henny, she was amazing got my first ever manicure by her 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic service, great prices, high quality products, clean, gentle and did exactly what I asked for! The people in there go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Bought in my baby who wasn’t very happy and they cared for her with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you guys will definitely be coming back!
