I was very disappointed with my experience. My order was possibly going to take 3 weeks so I cancelled the order 1 business day after placing it.I was charged $30 for cancelling even though I couldn't find the fee on the website. Apparently there is a sign in the work shop.It doesn't make you want to return for any business.

Very helpful and professional service. For all our frames must have seemed an odd choice for the paintings, Leo was quick to show us all the variations for what we were looking for - something that helped a great deal! He had the presence of mind to catch us before we left and took the time to let us check properly that the frame worked for the second painting as well, something we're glad he did, as we selected a slightly different framing for it. The paintings were done sooner than we expected, and the quality was wonderful. Brilliantly customer-specific service that noted every little preference we told him. Very impressed!

I used to work with my dad when he owned this business back in 1986. I am so pleased to have frames made where I used to work with dad and it was a pleasure dealing with Leo. His framing is a craft and he has amazing skills to create something that you would be proud to hang on the wall.Thanks Leo for keeping Christies Design Framing with quality craftsmanship. I came back and got my framing done very happy with the work they do so do your self a favor and take your art works here.They now can do printing which is something i wanted so now I can print and frame all in the one spot. AAA service and qualityI found my experience with this framer very helpful quality service and workmanship and very reasonably priced.would recommend to anyone who is looking for a framer to try this one
