Found this shop by accident but what a find. Australian-designed jeans and a range that satisfied mother and adult daughters which is unusual. And the staff were rockstars (in the Chappel St branch too by the way) Very happy

Been dreading that next pair of jeans for years. But convicted by my girlfriend that this was the place, I finally went in. Yesterday I came in with my friend that had suggested Service Denim as I had been sorely disappointed with other denim brands fits, cuts and service. I wish I remember the name of the lady that served me because she was nothing but exceptional in all aspects. She knew exactly what she was talking about and went above and beyond to make sure I found a pair of jeans that fit me properly (as a short person that isn't on the petit size I find it hard to find jeans that fit!) and complimentary alterations what a bonus! Her genuine expertise and opinion is what I've longed for in the retail industry instead of someone trying to just make a quick sale. Amazing quality jeans and service! Thanks Service Jeans and the lovely server from yesterday, definitely a repeat customer from now on!

Bought 2 pairs of Jean's one got a small RIP and the other I didnt like.. They refunded one pair exchanged the other no fuss. Great customer service

I've been to your store to exchange jeans, which I understand can be frustrating for store members and subsequently confronting and anxiety provoking for customers (like myself). I was served by Aaron, and if anything, his response to the situation made me want to return to the store in future for more jeans/attire. He was incredibly patient, professional, and kind, and didn't display any signs of frustration or annoyance. I want to thank Aaron again for his incredible service and allowing me to have a really comfortable experience at Denim Service.
