Kangatraining Eltham, Templestowe & Surrounds

Kangatraining was an amazing way to get back into fitness after my son was born! It is so good to be able to involve my son in it too. We both love kanga for not just the physical fitness but for the social aspect too. Ali is amazing and such a supportive and encouraging person! Thank you Ali and everyone at Kanga!!

Kangatraining has been THE best activity I have done with my three kids by far!! It’s given me a chance to exercise while snuggling with my babies, without the hassle of trying to find a babysitter. It’s all given me the opportunity to meet new Mums and provided an open forum to talk about anything and everything baby/child related. Alison is not just an incredible Kangatrainer, but an amazing person with a heart of gold - welcoming all new Mums and their bubs, no matter what age or stage they’re at.I’m so proud to be a Kanga Mum & couldn’t recommend it more highly!!
