TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Had my car booked in for an air con hose replacement in December. They had to send the part away as they weren’t able to load it at 300psi and was told it was a 3-4 day turn around (Tuesday afternoon they took it out and sent it away). When I got home i noticed three decent sized dints where the mechanic was leaning to pull the hose out. I asked if he could fix it since it was his doing, and of course he left it…. I took my car in the following monday to have it refitted. They then ended up keeping it until wednesday (last working day before break), yet throughout those three days I didn’t once get a call letting me know what the go was with my car. I had to call them up wednesday afternoon and ask about it and they said you’ll have to get it fixed in the new year. I get that during the xmas period things take longer to post, but the complete lack of customer service in that sense was awful. I took my car in on the monday afternoon that they re-opened, and i was told that my car would be ready at 3:30 the following day. I then call at 2:30 just to make sure it is actually ready since these guys have been terribly unreliable. And as i expected, it wouldn’t be ready until later. She then said ‘i’ll call when it’s ready’, i waited until 4:15 and she still hadn't called. I then tried to call them twice as i needed my car today so i could go to work tomorrow, and they completely ignored the call (first call ran for 1:30, second for 1min) . I decided i’d just rock up and see what’s going on. Once i get there i was given the quote and SOMEHOW I was quoted 3hrs labour… all they did was replace a coolant hose and the air con hose. I watched the mechanic take out and replace my coolant hose and it took him 30 minutes tops…. So where does that extra 2.5hrs come from??? Absolutely useless. Only reason I went with these guys in the first place is because my usual mechanic doesn’t do air cons. Save yourself the time and money and please choose another mechanic.

I had a problem with my Airconditioning working on and off. I took it here to be looked at as it was advertsed on their website, this is what they do. They re-gassed a 6 year old car, putting dye in it to check for leaks. None reported. I drove car out of driveway and airconditioning still not working. Thought as it was winter, it just needed a warm day to kick in so I left it a week but it was obvious that warm weekend it was still not working. Rang Cornubia Autocare to tell them it still wasn't working, they asked me to come back in for them to check if there were any leaks, still none detected. They then decided to run a diagnostic test that came up with a sensor fault. I went back in to collect the car. They informed me they couldn't fix it and then charged me $90 for the diagnostic test knowing they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. I am now going to have to take it elsewhere (likely BMW service centre) for them to do another diagnostic test so they can fix it.

Really a fantastic mechanic that's family owned and operated. Honest, trustworthy, professional and friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure you and your car are well taken care of. Can honestly say I won't be taking my jeep anywhere else..

These guys are fantastic! Efficient and great service and were very accommodating, made sure I got my car back even though I couldn’t get there in their business hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Had a really great experience with Cornubia Auto Care, organising a safety inspection for my car and getting a replacement set of brake pads and rotors. Service was fast, efficient, with great customer service. Prices were reasonable.

Rang late on Friday afternoon to have our aircon regassed, they were able to fit us in Monday and were very accommodating for us. Very happy with the service recieved

**Reply: I didn’t made mistake, happy to provide invoice number / car rego 357YQT - Used them to do service on my car. They are very pricey for the service they provide ( i have a lots of experience with cars) . It looks to me they they trying to turn high numbers doing just basic service not wanting to attack any serious jobs and they just in rush , no attention to details). No service stamp in the service book ( i left it on passenger side) , promised to provide quote for additional work ( no quote received ), didn't reset service ( first thing when you turn car it comes with message car overdue for service 22 days). I wont be using them again. Very disappointed
