Great team to work with on all my automotive needs

Bought the wrong size marine battery was told over the phone it could be exchanged for the right size and pay the difference as long as the battery wasn't damaged however at the store was a different story could tell they wanted nothing to do with it, denied speaking to my partner. They took the battery out back then came back and was told the battery was un-sellable due to it having a tiny mark on the terminal which I showed them.. and was apparently covered it transmission oil.. was actually a light spray on lanolin oil over the terminals. If they had of just told me over the phone that they were not happy to take the battery back fine.. but considering they wasted my time I thought I would give them a little more of my time and write this review. Will never buy from this store again.

Sent my partner in to pickup a spark plug via click and collect, and the experience was poor. Loud swearing staff member chatting to another staff, and my partner was made to feel a bit like she had gotten lost and needed directions because why else would she be there? Will shop elsewhere in future.

Cody/Kody was great when I was calling up looking for a part. Knew what he was talking about, was very thorough in making sure it was what we needed, drove 4hrs to pick up and it was exactly what we needed. Very thankful for his efforts. Will definitely do business here again. Didn't treat me any different being a female, which when calling around trying to find parts you quite often encounter. Very friendly.

Looking for quality products look no further.Cheaper $$ than Super Cheaper Auto, and don’t get ripped off at Repco.The team at Auto☝️, they don’t just give 10/10 service but they actually know what they talking about and genuinely want to help.If they don’t have parts, the team will find it for you by order in it or get you to pick it up.Mention you’re a Tradie or Defence member, or even ask for a discount, you will get the best price on all parts.Honestly I prefer them over any place when I want to get parts.I’m posting this so others can know there is a quality work done in town. ✅

Good store to get supplied from for your car repairs. Quite often they can order in parts the others cannot. Auto One Townsville only have a smaller shop, but it's fully stocked with a good quantity of gear that should be sufficient for most maintenance needs.

Good staff very helpful they go out of their way to accommodate all your needs to help you find what you need to look after your vehicle.

We use auto one on a daily basis for our mechanical business and have done so for more than 7years. The staff go out of there way to source us anything we require as quickly as possible. Even during this covid-19 they have gone out of there way to provide the best service possible and have kept us updated on part delays due to freight. Things that would usually see you leave other auto stores are an easy fix at Auto one. It's nice to walk in to an auto shop and know less than the staff serving you for once. They're knowledge and give excellent service.
