We purchased the bath, basins, toilets, tapware & accessories to renovate our ensuite with Modern National Brushed Bronze fittings and the main bathroom with Caroma Brushed Nickel fittings. He was genuinely one step a head of me with what questions I would want to be asking, was honest about the products and gave me all the time and attention I needed to make the right decisions. He is one of those people who is just naturally gifted at their job and relating to people. I highly recommend Bright Renovations.

We received prompt, attentive and great service from Din at Bright Renovations who helped us purchase a suitable bidet for dad. Din explained all the features of the bidet and potential issues with fitting by phone, going so far as organising for us to pick up a bidet cut-out template from the warehouse to ensure the product was the right size for the toilet. Even though we didn't set foot in the store, we were very happy with the remote service and ended up with a product made by Toto that hopefully will last many years for dad.

Not only did you kindly let my partner and I wander around the very pleasing and varied displays, while you were doing some paperwork, but then you asked for more details about what I was looking for, with my vision of my dream bathroom. You then spent an hour or so of your own time enthusiastically showing me a variety of suitable products catering specifically to my needs. You patiently explained differences & advantages of comparable items, which helped me to clarify what I was looking for.You offered to send out two different builders to give quotes at my home, which we organised then and there.As this was my first home renovation, you described the process and everything I wanted to know clearly.You also acted swiftly after our chat, because within a couple of days I heard from both quoters.I went with Luke from LRD Constructions and now have an amazing, gorgeous bathroom. Bright Reno Ringwood staff are very professional and friendly.The services they provided was over 5 stars. Din introduced me the right products based on my budget, I ended up purchased all my two bathrooms supplies from the shop, as they have a great variety of products, competitive price and great services.
