A gentleman with a well crafted moustache went above and beyond today with his service.The product I was after was not available at this store, he recommended an opposition and was even going to Google for me.I will definitely be going back to Jaycar Aspley in the futureGraham

Great service, intelligent staff and busy little store. Certainly better experience than other local Jaycars locally. Prices are okay considering the high customer service standard. That said some consumable are up to three times cheaper at Officeworks.

Good electronics shop, friendly staff, great service, and a ramp to the front door.However all that good is marred by the shop having a disabled unfriendly front door. Whilst I with my wheelie walker could just manage to get in, any wheelchair user would be stuck, unable to enter.

On two occasions now - the last on 22 June 2023 Peter at Jaycar Aspley went out of his way to assist me. The last occasion involved me trying to get a controller for an old TV. Peter got out five numbers one of which should have got my TV going. He also went through the procedure I should adopt. However, I could not get the TV going and today Peter gave me a full refund. He has good people skills and went out of his way in his endeavours to assist me.

Was served promptly. They had laptop charger I needed. Was a good price,cheaper than I was expecting. Friendly staff. Just found it hard to get in and out of due to location but now I have been there I will be able to manage it better. Google was misdirecting me so I worked it out after going around the block
