Always a good store, not very often out of any stock you require, staffs is lovely and quick, only wish they were open more hours the only store in Perth that's too lazy to get up for trades and be open when all the rest are ... Short of that it's a great store ...when it's open

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very bad customer service, there’s so many white Australians workers who don’t want to help Asian people. You have to find things yourself while white customers get help and are directed to aisle and even sometimes help them finding the item. I don’t get any of that just a quick directions and a look they’re not interested to help me. It’s sad that this company allows racism considering most of their products come from asia. I also know they hire Asian people but I can’t find them as well as white Australians in this big warehouse. It also doesn’t make this company accepting of other people races if they don’t do anything about racism and bad customer service. You don’t choose who you help, you just help your customers.

Love bunnings but often find they don't have as much as the hareisdale or Cockburn store. Also not as good markdowns as maddington or Cockburn.Staff are friendly and the new layout is coming along nice.

After waiting for approximately 4-6 minutes for a self serve checkout to be free, because a young employee struggled to replace a receipt roll, whilst neglecting a young mother who required assistance (tying up 2 out of the 4 registers available). I scanned my items and attempted to pay using my gift card as part of my welcome pack, I received an error message on the POS before being told that I am unable to pay with gift cards on the self-service checkouts and would be required to line-up once again for a cashier to process the payment.The store itself & the staff are great, their payment system is outdated however.

Would not recommend this Bunnings if you want to feel safe and have a comfortable shop. Today in the garden area, alone and at 4.5 months pregnant, I politely said to a man about twice my age excuse me" so I could quietly pass by. Immediately after I was absolutely shocked to be repeatedly verbally abused by him and another women. He was furious I had said "excuse me" and proceeded to shout at me. This occurred near the garden centre checkouts and in view of staff. No staff intervened

Love the new pet range and the lighting section is also good. Would be nice to have more range in the batten fix shades for pendant lighting.
