Normally I come here and enjoy the service but today I have been left waiting over an hour for my appointment time. Staff were seeing people in and out for several services and people coming in after me for laser hair removal were being seen before me. I can understand that they are a busy place but when I asked the staff hour much longer they were rude and said they were busy and that I need to just wait. I said I had been waiting for over an hour now and only just mentioned it because I have other places to be and the staff member said nothing. Price and services are good but the wait times are ridiculous and the way the staff handled it was not professional.

I have been going to Laser clinics for all sorts of treatments over the past 8 years and have always loved their services however I recently attended Laser Clinics Woden for a dermal lip filler appointment (I have had lip filler many times from Laser Clinics before) and the gentleman nurse I was booked in with, Sam, is someone I would not recommend. During the appointment I explained to Sam what I was after. When I left I was very swollen and over the next few days was so bruised (I've never bruised like that before but understand it can happen) I also wasn't happy with the service as my top lip was massive like I had an over bite and it looked as if nothing was in my bottom lip at all. After the swelling came down I re-booked to see Sam again as my top lip was still so big and looked like my bottom lip still had nothing. When I went back in for the follow up (2 weeks later) to explain that I really wasn't happy with the work he had done and that he hadn't listened to what I wanted, he basically told me that it looked fine and not as bad as I thought it was. He took no responsibility and there was no empathy to my complaint. No refund or free filler service was offered. I will not be going back to Laser Clinics Woden and I certainly will not be recommending Sam to anyone.

Be wary if purchasing pre-paid treatments online. Laser clinics will happily take your money for pre-paid services, but if you can’t commit to treatment dates greater than four weeks in advance, you may find it impossible to get an appointment and your pre-paid treatments will expire after a calendar year. Neither the clinic or franchise will allow a refund for them not being able to provide a service within a reasonable time frame.

Shocking attitude from Jasmine! More than once I've encountered rude staff at Woden. After ringing for 3 days to amend my appointment time, I finally got it changed through another clinic. I was then kept waiting and wasted my time changing the appointment. 3 days after my appointment I received a call back after leaving countless voice messages. I said it was too late. Surely you would look up when my appointment was? Jasmine's response was that I was rude. Do you blame me when you ring me 3 days after my appointment? Do your due diligence. Their excuse was they didn't have a receptionist. Surely you would know in advance unless someone was being fired that you're losing staff. Ring up a temp agency and get a receptionist. I'm done with this place. The funny part was bring told the call was being recorded. I hope they listen to it. Zero star review.UPDATE: decided to give them a second chance and keep my appointment I booked a month ago only to be told a few days before my appointment that it's been rescheduled for a week as my technician has to 'suddenly' attend training. That was the last straw! I asked for a refund. Go elsewhere, people!

The laser service, cost and staff are very good (particularly at woden).Very happy that online bookings are available again. This makes the ability to self manage appointments around personal availability possible again.

Very rude and unprofessional staff with full of attitude even the manager.Not helpful at all better to go to the result hair removal. They are so nice and polite.

The laser hair removal lady was fantastic, however when I made the appointment they told me the skin consult, laser consult and treatment would be 20 min max. I had put aside 40 min just in case. It was supposed to be one consult after the other.They ran late, a little frustrating, but it happens. The laser consult lady was really great, but after the treatment the skin consult lady kept me waiting. I had another appointment to still travel to. Then , right in front of my eyes; She took in a ‘walk in client’ ahead of me, despite the fact I had an appointment. She literally left me at the counter with 2 other consultants who looked super embarrassed at the fact she had done this; and they apologized. They tried to explain I was still waiting for my consult but the skin consultant seemed to not care. Extremely poor customer service.

I have been attending for 3 years now and have had a few different treatments and am very happy with it.I have had a few different staff members doing my treatments and have been seeing Holly for a few treatments now and I absolutely love booking in with her now. She makes me feel comfortable and always asks and listens to how my day has been.

You simply can’t book into this place. They never answer the phone or return your calls and when I made an online appointment it had to be weeks in advance and they cancelled on me. I am asking for a refund. Have given 2 stars as when you do get in the treatments are fine.
