Fantastic, knowledgeable service. 3 Auto stores in an hour. This was the only one I'm rating. Says it all.

Yesterday I came in and bought 2 items an older fellow helped me choose a interior cleaner so I left it on the counter and said that I was just going to have a look around so I did for about 10 min and selected another item the older man left and a younger bloke said to me from the counter are you ready yet ? As if I've spent enough time in the shop or he had things he had to do other than watching customers or something no one has said that to me before anywhere I was close to putting my items back and walking out I wasn't aware of a time limit while in the shop I've spent a fair bit of coin at that shop but will not be returning now. Are you ready yet wtf.so sick of rude people.people that spend money in the shop that you are in keeps you employed

Brought a heavy duty clutch threw these guys. And had there mechanics out back install it for me. cost over $700 in total for everything. Only to get my ute back with the 4x4 light stuck on. Called them about it and they tried to tell me it was like that when I dropped it off. It wasn't I checked it before getting out of the car. And drive it everyday. So I took it to another mechanic. Only to find they had wires and switches all back to front and In wrong places. Was an easy fix for the mechanic I took it to. But still point is they tried to say it wasn't because of them.

Great. The guys are well informed and happy to help and advise. I had some wiring and electrical done and the job is neat and works as designed.

We purchased a rooftop platform tray for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The saleperson was very helpful to show the demonstration model & offered both positive & negative feedback from other buyers. We were satisfied and the platform was immediately fitted free as we waited.

I attended the store to get a new stereo installed.From the moment I arrived Glenn and Amin and the rest of the team opened their doors bang on time. The first thing I noted was that the staff parked their cars way up the street. To ensure customers can parked virtually outside the store. Just for this I call this putting customers first. For the installation of the unit which was not easy. The finished product was superb. The store offers plenty of outside parking. Plenty of stock inside. Very clean as well. For the teams effort I give them 2,000 stars for outstanding service. And for producing an excellent sound.

The team at AutoPro did an outstanding job fitting a drawer, fridge slide and decking my vehicle out with a 12V system.Amazing customer service, outstanding craftsmanship, great price and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

The guys here love to lie to your face wouldn't trust any of them, ask them get a range of parts in only to find out they didn't and I was constantly lied to about why they haven't been delivered to autopro, I then asked if they could tell me what exactly was ordered when I first came in.Oh sorry that's not my department I only deal with 4x4" What a excuse.I then ask for the guy I first dealt with "Sorry he's busy" so go get him?Never got my items and doubt they even ordered anything for me."
