I wish I had read the reviews before, had booked a time to do wheel alignment, got there in time, waited about 1 hour to get my car on the hoister, and another 45 minutes 'working' on the car. 2 months later my two front tyres are worn on the inside only to the point I lost the tyres. Didn't get any readings of before and after at the time, 2 months later took my car to another place and the readings were way way out. Didn't go back to complain because apparently everyone else is wrong and they are always right. Don't go there.

Helped out my parents who had suffered a belt failure on their motor home on a Saturday afternoon. The owner went to great lengths to secure parts for their VW and ensure that they were back on the road that day. Also identified some noisey wheel bearings and replaced same. This caused us to be a little concerned when we heard about the bearings, however the bill came out and extremely reasonable, with no ‘tourist tax’ added. My parents were very impressed with the service and how friendly everyone was and can’t thank this business enough.

Charge around 100 per hours and take longer time than others.They will give you a quote before they start and make sure you are right to pay, if you have a bit knowledge about mechanics, you would see they take double time , much longer than others. Maybe because it is on ferry road.Other thing, they are good , they don't make mistake.For me, i had been there one time and I believe I won't go there because as normal 4x4 fitting, lots of others can fully covered, here is too expensive.

As I jumped on to review, I saw many negative reviews. It's very clear that the owner does know his areas of work, and I too would get to the point of being straight down the line if I had 'x' amount of people coming to me daily - telling me how to do my job.I was referred to GC Suspension by my local mechanic. When I arrived I will admit I felt completely out of my element. After discussing the plan with my car we agreed I'd take it in the next day. (That same afternoon my alternator had blown).I called in the morning I was due in and asked if they knew where I could take it to get the alternator fixed and was told they could do it.2 days later I was able to return for my car. The end results of the suspension I am very happy with, the car was raised to the perfect amount and still maintains its aggressive look.The car is also no longer issuing alternator failed signs.I really appreciate the owner (apologies I'm terrible with names) for taking the time to walk me through the issues with the car and talking to me about an unrelated problem.

Went to get a suspension check had no issues with this. However when I walked into the business waiting room with my 7 yr old daughter a man came running in from out the back yelling at my daughter to get out, you then explained that you have a guard dog back behind the counter that hates children. I have absolutely no problems with guard dogs (and in your words she is the sweetest dog in the world) but only wants to eat children, then maybe your sweet dog should probably be restrained during business hours. I actually think there maybe a law regarding guard dogs on premises during operating hours. So after all this I had to wait out in the sun standing on the footpath on one of the busiest roads on the coast for 30 minutes. Maybe next time just say hang on and I will put the dog away and you come into the waiting room.

Matt and the crew are fantastic! They are truely honest and wonderful people to deal with. I bought a snorkel for my hi Jeep Wrangler! Turned out to be a dud so Matt and his staff took it upon themselves to find a replacement for me for them to install. I really would recommend these guys to all! Well done Matt and the team!

Disrespectful! Don’t go here unless you want to be overcharged, yelled at and laughed at. Just look at their responses of other reviews. It really gives you a glimpse of what kind of person the owner is and what they think of their customers. I’m almost positive their good reviews are fake, from their family, friends and workers.
