The Staff here deserve a higher star rating (5) because they are always very polite and efficient however... I'm getting really tired of being overcharged and would like to suggest that Customers check their receipts.I have already discussed this issue with Tony the Manager and he is aware of the issue however it occurred AGAIN today - that is 3 out of the past 3 shopping trips and it's just not right. Perhaps as staff are entering the info into the register they should glance at what comes up. I've always been offered an immediate refund but the fact that this has happened for the last 3 visits is what has brought me to write something here. Staff are friendly and helpful , produce is good quality - but the pricing issue needs addressing. Today I was charged for one type of melon when I'd actually purchased another cheaper type. Did the staff member just not know her melons" or was it just another honest mistake - yes we all make mistakes but 3 out of 3 shopping experiences and I've been overcharged.I'll continue to shop here because it's convenient but I'm being pedantic about checking my receipt every time.Just been overcharged once again - now the 4th time in a few months. I always check my receipt before leaving the store and suggest that all customers take that extra few moments to do so as well. This time it was being charged for the "wrong type" of grapes - last time it was the "wrong" type of melon. Perhaps the staff need to be better educated about the produce so that they can charge customers for what they are actually purchasing. Everyone there is so polite and friendly but being constantly overcharged is not on."

I have been here multiple times and have gotten expired food they need fix there food management and check the dates on the food because someone could get sick.

I now buy fruits from this place only. My family also do the same. There's freshness like no other. However there was a mistake on the pricing once.

Wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, cakes, bread and more at reasonable prices. Easy parking behind the store. Can it compete with Woolies and Coles? Not head on in terms of range of products and prices, I think. Suitable as a neighbourhood convenience store where I can pick up the occasional item.

Love their assortment of food. Maps sent me to the front of the shop, however, they have customer carpark at rear off Giblin St, with plenty of parking

As it says, from us to you. You can get all the fresh produce esp Tasmanian grown Fruits and Veg. You can get varieties of Tasmanian Honey, Jam, Drinks and Wines.Recommend.

Good store in a nice location. Has good items behind the counter such as bread and coffee. Prices can vary small things can be very expensive. Sometimes has some nice seafood such as lobsters. Overall a nice place with friendly staff
