Wahroonga
Classic style Sydney train station. Two platforms. Located below the adjacent land - near a fantastic park, and quaint local Wahroonga shops. The station is currently being updated to include a public lift as an alternative to the stately stairs. Beautifully located in dense lush green foliage. Seats under shelter for patrons.

Wahroonga is a moderately busy station on the T1 North Shore line, providing train services to the city and to Hornsby / Berowra. It’s an older heritage style station with extensive gardens and is located in the main shopping area of Wahroonga. It has a small commuter car park on each side of the line. As at June 2021 it is in the process of having a lift installed.

One of the typical suburban stations on the North Shore line, it retains its original charm despite development taking place all around it. It is busy in peak hours due to the large numbers of units around.

Needs a lift urgently. Too many steps for elderly people. Wheelchairs are not able to use station so disabled people are disadvantaged ccompletely.

Standard Station, for those who are complaining for a lift and station upgrade they are being installed.

Rode trains to and from this station from Airport Saturday 17 June, then Wahroonga to Airport Sunday 18 June. Train on time, both ways. Excellent stations. So, so much better than Sydney railways used to be in the 1970s when I lived there. Well done Sydney Rail!!! Shame about some of the teenagers on board but, hey, it's a great train service & a great station!!!! I'm hooked to TRAIN TRAVEL!
