We had our caravan and tow vehicle weighed this week by Ben. Very professional service from the booking process, friendly appointment reminders, weighing and payment.Ben is very knowledgeable on vehicle / van weights and weight distribution. I would advise everyone to get their vehicle / caravan weighed, even if you just do short trips.Highly recommend Ben and would definitely use his services again.

We recently had our van weighed by Mick. Mick did a great job breaking down all the relevant information and details around the measurements.. He offered sensible suggestions on how we can make adjustments to ensure our van and tow vehicle under the required weights.We will be definitely be using Mick and again once we have made the adjustments.Thank you Mick.. :-)

Ben completed a weight check on our four wheel drive and caravan today and we are so pleased at how efficient and informative he was, and with such a friendly, pleasant manner. He couldn't be more helpful. He explained the process and weights as he went along then emailed the report to us this afternoon . What terrific service! Well worth every cent! Mick took the time to walk us through what each weight meant and how it affected different parts of the vehicle, hence the towing of our van. Before we buy our next van, we will get Mick to come and weigh it prior to purchase. Thank you for your time and patience in teaching us the ins and outs of our van and car’s weight.

We contacted Ben to have our vehicle and caravan weighed and he was able to fit us in within a week from initial contact, which was convenient for us. Ben arrived on time and he provided a friendly, professional and informative service. We were impressed with the time he took to explain how the weight compliance metrics work and how to move items around so the weight is distributed in the right areas.
