A gentleman who served me asked me my last name on which I replied Kaur( as this is my surname) he asked me again I asked your surname to which I again said my surname is Kaur and he threw the pen and went in to call someone else to serve me as he said that I don’t understand what surname is. Such an arrogant and rude person. He should be fired or need to have classes in customer service before he can stand on the counter again. If possible I would only give them 0 stars. Shame there is only one dry cleaner in Coffs Harbour.

Terrible customer service!!! Gentleman who served me was so rude. I had a heap of dry cleaning I needed done and he said it wasnt worth his while and I would have to wait until he had more jobs in the cue before he would do mine....blamed covid saying no one is bringing in suits to get cleaned because everyone is working from home.Shame he is the only dry cleaner in Coffs.I would rather drive to Grafton to get it done than give him my business.

I took my wedding dress here after being recommended. Not only did they not call me when it was finished (I had to call them after their estimated time, and then they tried to tell me that I didn’t have a dress there) they have also completely ruined the skirt of my dress, and it’ll now cost me hundreds to fix it. They just put my dress into a washing machine and tumbled it - even though the dress has tags that specifically say not to do this. Very poor service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Lots of bad reviews so I was hesitant. But it turned out pretty positive - I was in a hurry to get a suit cleaned and they were able to accommodate my tight timeframe.
