1st time visiting business, experience was quite gentle but was a tad bit concerned about reuse of tools between clients (not sure about the santisation procedures in place) but generally clean environment.Cuticles were left a little dry and the UV lamps burn a little when first under during Gel Manicure curing but went away after about 5-10 secs.Top coat on one thumb didn't cure properly which was intially fixed but came back again matte from ill-curing, but hardly noticable overall. Final result was good but with some skin contact of gel and dryness as mentioned (lotion only applied to top of hands and wrists).Good price for nice service and results for Manicure with Gel colour on natural nails.

Rushed service and rough with my fingers. Very rude staff and poor manicure skills. Over priced with extremely poor service. The colour is outside the nail bed and the colour is uneven. If there is a zero star. I won’t even give 1 star. Terrible service. Avoid the place. There are so many nail places in city now. Avoid this place!

Hanna does an amazing job. I had a full set of acrylic infills with French shellac. Her attention to detail is perfect and she’s also very gentle. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Hanna

Really friendly staff! Had such a lovely conversation while getting my nails done. My nails were done perfectly! A huge choice of shellac nail polishes to choose from. Very clean nail shop. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Hanna is an amazing nail tech! I’ve never had an issue and Hanna is efficient and can make the perfect shape. If you want a regular nail salon, I’d recommend. There’s a few reviews here about pricing but they are just as competitive as other nail salons in the city but with more efficiency. If you value your time and want a quality design, go see Hanna and her team!

Worst pedicure ever!!! Was charged $40 (which is normal price) but after lady (who identified as the manager) fluffed around before starting I was lucky if I got 10 minutes of a pedicure inc foot soak. When I asked about the shortness of time she got quite angry and said it was over 15 minutes. From me entering the shop to her charging me was lucky to be 15 minutes all up. I’m on holidays and was looking forward to coming here as I had a great experience pre covid times. Seems much has changed - will not be back and do not recommend.

I never normally leave a disappointing review but felt this is necessary to avoid it happening to another person. Went there yesterday for a refill, the woman was SO rude! My nails today look as if the bottom layer has not dried and they are bubbling and the paint is peeling off like skin. Do not recommend.
