First time I used this place they were really great which is why I returned when I had another issue. This time they were absolutely horrible from the very beginning. First, I had to chase the company up several times to get information on when the guy would actually be coming out to fix a hifi issue. The guy who finally came out to fix this issue did so, but then caused another issue where something that was working beforehand no longer was. Then he tried to tell me he was doing me a good deal on the price as he should have charged me double the price as 2 of them came out (I was only quoted for the 1 person's price anyway), then he tried to sell me a device to stream movies (I was not interested). Attempts to rectify this with the business and then finally asking for a refund have lead to me being yelled at by the manager after I told him to please lower his voice. I understand that current situations have people on edge, but this is no reason to treat a customer with such disrespect. I can only imagine the response I am going to get here.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Mario and Natalie. They both were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They help me improve an existing movie room and didn't try to sell unnecessary products. I would highly recommend using them

Spent a significant amount of money with Mario over the years. His knowledge, service and advice is fantastic. He even stored a large, bulky purchase (2 x Focal 826V and Sub) for me for several months whilst I was building my home - at his old store location. Spent an hour with me testing his range of speakers until I found the right sound. Can't fault service, knowledge or experience.

Excellent service by Mario and his team. I walked in fairly certain of what I knew and what I wanted for the price I wanted to spend, Mario quickly showed me superior options for the same price range but when I mentioned the AV receiver was mainly going to be used for music he threw more spanners into the works to the point where I walked out with nothing I planned to get, but I still felt like I brought far better products more appropriate to my needs and once getting it all setup that was confirmed.

Excellent experience of dealing with Mario, he made us feel that he really cared about what we wanted to have in our new home. We will definitely deal with him as we progress with our designs. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have great audio solutions but knows little about how to go about it, like me.

You don’t even have to be a customer here to know that the owners of this store are extremely rude and aggressive toward the public. If that is how you treat people, I have no intention of ever becoming a customer…. Plus it shouldn’t be a condition that you must be a ‘customer’ in order to be respected or spoken to in a civilised manner.After hearing countless complaints against the owners, you’re better off seeking your entertainment goods elsewhere.If I could leave a ‘0’ star review I would!

Good experiance with shop owner Mario. Understood my need. He didn't recomended or push for any other brands that not of my choice. He was transperant and has given best competitive price for my speakers. Happy customer. Thank you.
