Priceline Pharmacy Indooroopilly

I didn't catch his name but we had amazing service from a guy with a small ponytail when we went in to buy a perfume. He was incredibly helpful and friendly in q store that was bustling with Christmas customers. We weren't sure what we were looking for and he went out of his way to help us out and show us options wolfram all around the store. I was the bloke in the back brace with a can so if you remember me and you read it, awesome service mate.

I had a lovely girl named Jess help my friends and I chasing products for a party. Knew her products and was very genuine while serving us, couldn't have asked for better service.

I love that this store stocks Revolution products as not every Priceline store does. Great selection of cosmetics however they are a bit pricey. You can get a lot of products pretty much half price not even on sale elsewhere.

Very helpful, Renee went above and beyond what was required when I needed help.

A lovely lady, I think her name maddie gave exceptional service and was so friendly. She was super helpful and gave me so manny recommendations! I bought pretty much everything she recommended, and she even helped me with the testers. She should be very proud of her services ☺️.

I was at this Priceline today and was looking for a couple different products. Liz is one of the people who work here and she was absolutely amazing!! She gave me fantastic advice and was so helpful! If you have any questions about any sort of product I would recommend looking out for her :)

I visited this pharmacy in late February in order to get the Flu vaccine. I went straight to where they receive the prescriptions and asked the elderly gentleman if I can get the vaccine. Without mentioning anything he confirmed that he could do it straight away for me, and not being aware that vaccines are different each year, I received the shot!My partner was also seeking to get the vaccine at different pharmacies around that time. Any pharmacy that she went to, she was advised that the vaccine for 2020 had not arrived yet! and that she had to wait. Another Priceline pharmacy in the CBD advised her that they had 2019 vaccine but recommended her not to get it until 2020 vaccines are arrived. That raised the question for me, what did I get vaccinated with? 2019 or 2020? I came back and asked the question from the same gentleman in mid March to make sure I was vaccinated with 2020 one. Now that I was asking, he mentioned and confirmed that he used the last year's vaccine on me. He didn't mention anything on my first visit back in late February that he was using the old one (all other pharmacies mentioned when my partner was searching for the vaccine). In my March visit, when I was trying to get confirmation from this gentleman, he just mentioned “you can get another one if you like!!!” Not only he charged me with something that was for last year and most probably not effective for 2020, he wanted to charge me for another one now (almost three weeks later)!I understand that not many people may ask for the year of the vaccine, however I believe it is the responsibility of the staff member to mention and describe it to the customer when they ask for any vaccine, and not want to sell last year’s remnant to customers - simply similar to all other pharmacies!Other than this, my other experiences with this pharmacy was normal and with no issue. Other staff members were always smiling and helpful.

The Staff and the Pharmacists are second to none when it comes to Service and also Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Products. I feel very much appreciated whenever I visit the Store ❤️

A young lady working the makeup section tonight gave me exceptional service. I felt a genuine interest from her to help me out and it made my experience so positive. Unfortunately didn’t grab her name. But she had darker hair and amazing makeup on.
