Ballarat TreeWorks

Just had a large 5 metre cypress hedge which ran the length of my front boundary of 47 metres removed by Jake and his team from Ballarat TreeWorks. About 30 trees in all were removed. All the mulched trees were removed from site and all the stumps were grubbed out. Also had some other conifers branches lifted to two metres off the ground. Fantastic job from a first class business. From receipt of the quote through to completion everything was done in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Jake is a great communicator who keeps you up to date with progress. Would not hesitate to recommend Jake and his team for anyone looking for a total solution for their tree needs. A small business with safety, professionalism and integrity at the forefront. Had a storm damaged tree in my backyard so I gave Jake a call, he came round the same afternoon to see if it could be saved, arrived next morning with a plan to save the tree and proceeded to trim and take the load off the branches. Great job, very pleased with the outcome,Thanks Jake

The team made the whole process very simple. They responded to my enquiry quickly and came to do a quote at a time that suited me after work. They were very knowledgeable about all the different trees on my property and when they did the job they cleaned up the mess very well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jake was quick to come around and inspect the site. Courteous and kept me informed. On the day of the work, he took particular care with one stump and got the job done quickly. Looking at some future additional work, he made sure to point out how to get the best value in planning multiple full trees together.

Jake and his team spent the best part of three days removing a massive gum which had partially fallen in recent storm. We added other trees (not so large!) to the tasks. The team were friendly, hard working and Jake kept in contact throughout the job. Excellent service - and plenty of firewood in 18 months time .
