Brought a lovely keyring from munno para shoe repairs and asked to have a little engraving put on it, he was excellent and suggested to write something short and simple. It looks amazing and I'm very happy with the engraving.

Took a pendant in to be engraved, gave the man the details of what I wanted engraved on it, he explained it wouldn't all fit and showed me what would fit, I agreed and paid for it all to be written, when I went back to collect it he had written 1 single word on it, my daughters name, not what he told me he would write, I'm not impressed. He should have written nothing and waited until I came back, not decide for me. Now it's done I have to have it the way it is! And, i paid for more than one name to be written and no refund, wouldnt go here again for anything, Very unprofessional!!!!!Further to your lengthy reply….All I can suggest is you spend as much time doing your job correctly as you do as a keyboard worrier!I most certainly DID NOT agree to 8 characters, you showed me what would have to be taken from the text I wanted and I agreed. You said the word DEAR would have to be removed, and the word WITH would have to be removed, and only 2 XX and not 4……THAT IS WHAT I AGREED TO!If you were unable to do this you shouldn’t have done anything at all!!!You were not there when I picked it up and frankly, your manner was very abrupt and unfriendly when I dropped it off, you have now engraved the back of the expensive pendant with not what I wanted nor agreed to, but now I’m stuck with your stuff up! Thanks for that….not!

Very fast and had no trouble getting some keys recut as they were not working the first time. Great explanation about the keys and the reason behind it not working the first time. Recommended.

My daughter brought me a new key for my car apparently, she had brought a new key for her car, the owner made her a deal on the second, which I was very grateful ,so yeah I got early birthday present from my awesome daughter. Great customer service by the way.
