Have just sold my unit at Lakewood Reserve and Chris and his team were of great assistance with this. Made the whole experience very easy to manage. Could not be happier with the service. Also as complex managers for the last 6 years they have been great to deal with in regards to keeping the property with tenants continually and looking after the maintenance with a minimum of fuss.

Lakewood Reserve was our first investment property since 2007. Chris and his team have looked after our property for the last 7 years to which he has just sold for us. As long term owner here I stand by the caretaker Chris and suggest a few divisive folk should remedy their breaches and then consider a civil conversation with the body corporate.With this professional management team we think it’s I rare. To have such caring building manager here is value and other complexes may not be as cordial as Chris.

Lakewood Reserve is a great place to live!The pool is huge with clear water and always a great place to relax.Chris Greenham and his team are doing an excellent job in managing the complex. The facilities and grounds are always in impeccable condition. The speed at which issues are attended to is at a 5-star level; even big jobs are typically fixed on the same day). Also, contract and bond matters management is always swift and fair.
