From reception to service, the team are always friendly, knowledgeable & a pleasure to deal with.Steven arrived on time & advised he would be completing the annual spider & cockroach treatment. He checked where problem areas might be & asked if there were any other issues. He made me aware of a couple of things to monitor. He was extremely professional & courteous.

Booking the work was efficient and a reminder was sent with an approximate time. Scott Smith was very pleasant and very efficient explaining what he would do and how the treatment works. He worked quietly and confidently. I have used Local Pest Experts before and have no issues regarding their service from booking in to completing the job.
